Historically important, this Grade 1 listed large church has Saxon fabric within the north wall of the Nave. We had offered a grant of £20,000 for extensive repairs highlighted in the latest quinquennial in 2019. These works represented a formidable financial challenge. However, in late 2020 we received an application specifically concerning unexpected urgent repairs to the 15th century windows of the north wall of the Nave. Taking into account that to a limited extent the work in question was already supported by our outstanding offer, we gave a further £6,500 in 2021.
