This Grade II* Listed church has a spire roof to its tower. The wooden shingles cladding the spire were in poor condition and many were missing. The need to strip the spire, overhaul the roof and then renew the shingles was identified in the then latest quinquennial. With the aid of a grant from FKC of £7,500 (paid in 2019) the work was duly undertaken.
